Job Summary

Core Dialysis is seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to support our RNs in providing high-quality acute dialysis services in The McAllen area. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and facility staff to ensure exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with RNs to deliver safe and effective dialysis treatments
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Perform delegated tasks, including transportation of patients and inventory management
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient data
  • Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
  • Practice safety measures and adhere to infection control standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in dialysis or a related field
  • Current CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
  • Flexibility and availability to work at least 32 hours per week
