About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of human-AI interactions. As a key member of our team, you'll work on diverse design challenges, such as teaching AI about user workflows, integrating with customer systems, and handing off decisions to humans. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the product development process, from research and strategy to iteration, launch, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to overall product strategy, design direction, and the future of human-AI interactions
- Explore complex problem spaces, help unpack customer needs, and identify design opportunities
- Define, craft, and iterate on design concepts, user flows, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity visuals
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design to build and ship your design
- Elevate our design team by contributing to our culture, refining design practices, and instilling a drive for design excellence and innovation
- 5+ years of industry experience crafting software product experiences, with a focus on enterprise software and AI/ML products
- A proven track record of shipping designs that drive customer and business impact
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Experience with a broad range of design methodologies and tools
- Bachelor degree in HCI, Design, Architecture, or related field, or comparable work experience
This is a full-time role that can be based at our headquarters in Mountain View, CA, or in Seattle, WA. We work in a hybrid model, with three days a week in the office. During the day, we have core hours when everyone is expected to be available.
CompensationSalary Range: $130,000-$190,000 base.
