QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing
- One year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in CA
- Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical, or patient population-specific nursing
- Minimum 1 year of Palliative Care services experience preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in pain/symptom management and advanced care planning
You must have:
- Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of agency operation with a current and unencumbered advanced practice nursing license in state(s) practicing
- Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided
- Certified by a nationally recognized advanced nursing practice organization
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role, preferred
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
- Must have reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance
The salary range for this role is $65.00 per hour.
