Compensation and Benefits

A competitive salary of $300,000 for a 1099 contractor or as an hospital-employed position is offered. Additionally, 13 weeks of paid time off per year, including sick days and CME days, are provided. A $12,500 annual stipend for student loan assistance is also available.

Relocation Assistance

Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance is offered to support the transition to this new opportunity.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

This 25-bed Critical Access Hospital offers a Monday-Friday schedule with OR times from 7:00 am to 2 pm. On-call is 1 in 4 weeks, with mostly OB deliveries. The hospital performs bread and butter cases, pediatric cases are rare, and averages 270 deliveries a year, with ortho and endoscopic procedures also available.

Qualifications and Skills

A National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification is required. New graduates and experienced candidates are welcomed.
