ADON Position

The Role: As ADON, you will report directly to the Director of Nursing and oversee all aspects of direct care nursing, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care. Your responsibilities will include: managing personnel, maintaining accurate records, participating in QAPI initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and addressing any concerns or complaints from patients, family members, or visitors.

Salary and Benefits: Our competitive salary range for the ADON role is between $75,000 and $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
