We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team at Therapy Care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Job Summary

This part-time or full-time position is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working with patients of all ages. You will have the opportunity to work in our outpatient clinic, as well as other settings such as early intervention, schools, and home health. Our dynamic team is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' fine motor and sensory skills to identify disorders.
  • Develop treatment plans, interventions, and educational materials to support patients' progress.
  • Educate patients and their families about their disorders and recommend accommodations to minimize adverse impacts.
  • Provide families with information on using appropriate aids, strategies, and technologies to support patients' needs.
  • Complete evaluations and annual reviews to monitor patients' progress.
  • Write individualized goals for each patient to ensure they receive targeted care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Masters Degree (or higher) from an AOTA-accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A passion for learning, documentation, and caring for patients and their families.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation and benefits to ensure you feel valued and supported in your role.
