The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in multi-family housing maintenance, with expertise in dry walling, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and boilers. A valid driver's license, CPO certification, and boilers license are required.
Responsibilities include performing miscellaneous maintenance and repairs, grounds upkeep, interior painting, plumbing, janitorial tasks, and maintaining common areas. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, responding to work orders in a timely manner and communicating professionally with residents.
This is a full-time position offering competitive pay ($45,000 - $60,000 per year), medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401k match, and voluntary life, AD&D, and short-term disability insurance.
