Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

Imagine your future teaching our pre-kindergarten learners as an Early Childhood Educator at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. Guide our learners in kindergarten preparedness focusing on social interactions, the foundations of early math and literacy as well as opportunities for STEM learning, open-ended play, and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop classroom plans, goals, and lead hands-on activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs.
  • Communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing the important milestones in their child's day.
  • Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
  • CDA or higher level of education required.
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required.

Compensation Range: $25.95/hour
