About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at ASM Global. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down the dishwashing area prior to events
  • Assist the front-of-house team as needed
  • Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment
  • Ensure all dishes, pots, and pans are washed and sanitized
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Help keep all china, glass, and silverware in place
  • Assist with light prep cooking and plating
  • Report to work on time and in proper uniform
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of related experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. You will be exposed to wet and humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and cleaning chemicals. You must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
