Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brookfield Properties. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work

Repair and maintain equipment, including chillers, belts, pumps, and fans

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property maintenance

High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements

Preferred certifications include HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
