Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • A current Arizona pharmacist license.
  • A minimum of 3 years of retail and/or clinic-based pharmacy management experience.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior knowledge of local, state, and federal accrediting body and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
