Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Family Fare. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality bakery products, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• Prepare and produce bakery products to meet production planner requirements
• Package and label bakery products according to program plan
• Merchandise bakery products to meet flight plan and merchandising expectations
• Stock backroom with bakery products, rotating and dating cases and buckets as needed
• Notify the bakery manager of product and supply needs
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve growth in our retail stores

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year of retail or related experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
• Basic mathematical skills
• Detail-oriented
