We are seeking a reliable and skilled CDL-B delivery truck driver to join our team at Lehigh Valley Dairy. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for operating a straight truck safely and efficiently, manually unloading and delivering dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a straight truck safely and efficiently
- Manually unload and deliver dairy products to customer locations
- Build relationships with customers using positive and friendly attitudes
- Meet customer needs and expectations
- Valid Class-B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- 21+ years of age
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as required, occasional weekends, and holidays
- Competitive pay: $27.31 per hour starting
- Union 401(k) with company contribution
- Over time after 40 hours/week
- Shift differential
- Meal allowance
- All CDL-B delivery truck drivers have daily routes and are home nightly
- 6 paid Holidays, 5 paid Personal Days, and paid Vacation days
