Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect patients' age, situation, and discharge plans.
  • Provide physical therapy services in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Educate patients, families, and others about physical therapy and health-related topics.
  • Direct and supervise support personnel to ensure effective and efficient management of technical, environmental, and financial resources.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques to manage the rehabilitation population.
  • Computer proficiency required, with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
