Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service experiences by maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering world-class service to our members. As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you will create assistance and in-depth trouble shooting, decision-making support, and ensure quick and accurate resolutions for members and prospective members regarding their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing assistance and in-depth trouble shooting, decision-making support, and ensuring quick and accurate resolutions for members and prospective members regarding their financial well-being.
  • Respond to inquiries from members, prospective members, and third parties regarding specific account inquiries, product offerings, and general questions.
  • Educate members on digital self-service tools and troubleshoot member issues regarding client Self-Service tools.
  • Ability to identify source of problem and effective resolution for online banking, Bill Pay Services, Email, and Chat applications used within credit union.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Call Center or Banking experience is preferred.
  • Six months as Member Care Representative 1 or previous Digital Services experience required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
