About the Role

As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in helping our teachers create a safe and inclusive learning environment for students with emotional and behavioral challenges. Your expertise in crisis intervention and behavior modification will be invaluable in supporting our students' success.

In this role, you will assist teachers in developing and implementing individualized behavior plans, collect and analyze data on student behavior, and collaborate with educators and staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support. You will also provide direct support to students, including one-on-one instruction and small group activities.
