Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team in a full-time, contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student assessment and support, with experience working in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Assessment and Support: Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred students to identify areas of need and develop recommendations for appropriate school programs.
  • Collaboration with Educational Teams: Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team and Child Study Team meetings to assist teachers and staff in developing plans to meet the needs of students.
  • Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Attend IEP and other planning meetings to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Group and Individual Therapy: Provide group and individual therapy sessions to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in schools or educational settings is preferred.
  • Licensure: State Psychology License is required.
Work Environment
  • Employment Type: Full-time, contract position.
  • Work Schedule: 24/25 school year, onsite at a middle/high school level.
  • Job Responsibilities: Evaluations/assessments and potentially some small and individual group counseling.
