Professional Automotive Receptionist

BMW of the Main Line is a family-owned and operated dealership that prides itself on being deeply involved in local communities and charities. We're seeking a highly skilled Cashier to join our team, providing elite clientele with outstanding customer service.

This is a full-time opportunity at our busy dealership, where you'll be responsible for answering inbound sales and service calls, operating a switchboard, and communicating efficiently with customers and internal teams. You'll also collect payments, greet customers, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

• Answering phone calls from customers and colleagues
• Managing a busy switchboard and coordinating communication between departments
• Collecting payments from customers for service and parts
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in telemarketing and/or hospitality
• Excellent telephone skills, including a professional voice and manner
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Professional business appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility with regard to scheduling
