About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at GPAC, a leading provider of precision manufacturing services. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components
  • Set up and maintain CNC machines, including installing and adjusting tools and fixtures
  • Monitor and control the machining process to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in machine tool technology preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a precision manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
