About the Role

Stand Up Guys Moving and Junk Removal is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Crew Leader / Driver to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily logistics, and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company vehicles to customer locations and assist with customer needs
  • Manage daily operations, including sales and expenses
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
