Atlantic Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist/CHT for our Outpatient Adult Warren NJ location. This is a part-time (minimum 22.5 hour) position with days, M-F shifts, starting as early as 8AM and ending as late as 6PM.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide a broad range of occupational therapy services in an interdisciplinary setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide top-tier therapeutic services to patients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating outpatients primarily with orthopedic/hand diagnoses
  • Designing and implementing OT plans of care, including splinting
  • Providing evidence-based interventions
  • Documenting all encounters in the electronic medical record
  • Complying with departmental policies and practices
  • Maintaining patient safety and providing patient/family/caregiver education
  • Working cohesively in a team setting

Requirements include:

  • Graduate of an accredited OT program in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid and current license to practice Occupational Therapy in New Jersey
  • CHT with 3 years of experience in Outpatient Occupational Therapy UE/hand rehabilitation
