Position: Production Line Operator
Location: Webb City, MO

Compensation: $ (Eligible for a salary increase after 90 days based on performance)
Work Schedule: Straight midnight shifts (S/3)
Shift Premium: $ (Applicable for afternoon and midnight shifts)

Company Overview: Olin is a leading manufacturer with facilities across five states, dedicated to serving the needs of gun clubs and shooting enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, troubleshoot, and adjust machinery as needed.
  • Load cardboard containers into production machinery.
  • Use a forklift to transport palletized materials.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and proper PPE usage.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Consistent work history; prior experience in a production environment is preferred.
  • Forklift operation experience is advantageous.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be able to stand, walk for extended periods, climb ladders, work in various weather conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
