About the Role:

Equity Resources, Inc. is a privately owned and operated mortgage company seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring loans are fully processed, submitted, approved, closed, and funded with minimal involvement from the Loan Officers/Originators.

In this position, you will be responsible for obtaining and reviewing all client documents, verifying their accuracy and completeness, and ensuring that all supporting documentation is sufficient for the borrower and subject property to close and fund the loan. You will also work to ensure all closing dates and commitment dates are met by interacting with the Loan Officers, Underwriters, Back Office, and Closers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recent experience processing a full complement of mortgage loans, with demonstrated fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English. Additionally, they must reside in a state where Equity Resources is licensed. We prefer candidates with experience supporting multiple loan officers/originators and the ability to handle up to 30 client loan files simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtaining and reviewing client documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensuring all supporting documentation is sufficient for borrower and subject property
  • Interacting with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Back Office, and Closers to meet closing dates and commitment dates
  • Handling up to 30 client loan files simultaneously
  • Communicating effectively with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and clients

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience processing mortgage loans
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Reside in a state where Equity Resources is licensed
  • Experience supporting multiple loan officers/originators
  • Ability to handle up to 30 client loan files simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong communication abilities

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
