Veracity is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and operate cameras that detect and map radioactive drugs in a patient's body to create diagnostic images.
  • Position patients and select anatomic and technical factors accurately.
  • Order, prepare, administer, and dispose of radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols.
  • Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure prompt submission of high-quality images and documents sent to PACS.
  • Ensure equipment is properly functioning.
  • Report potential problems or equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel.
  • Lock/tag out equipment if appropriate.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly department.
Requirements:
  • Required credentials: ARRT (N) or NMTCB, IN license.
  • Experience with Siemens ECAM, Siemens Symbia, and Client Ventri equipment.
  • Proficiency in Allscripts EMR and Allscripts Sunrise RIS.
  • PACS experience with Sectra.
Work Environment:

Provide services to outpatients, inpatients, and ED patients. Patients' ages vary from young adult to geriatric. Variety of exams. Assist with minimally invasive breast procedures and OR.
