Key Responsibilities- Collecting essential information for new resident admissions and maintaining accurate records.

- SUPervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and coordinating their efforts to ensure seamless care delivery.

- Monitoring and documenting residents' food and fluid intake and output, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- A valid LPN State license, demonstrating expertise and competence in nursing practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a culture of respect and open communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
