Production Operator/Tube BenderWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator/Tube Bender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to bend metal pipes and tubes according to specifications. You will work closely with production managers and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Responsibilities:- Adhere to all safety protocols and production procedures.
- Perform assigned production tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Report any equipment or material issues to the Production Manager, Lead, or Maintenance.
- Contribute to analyzing root causes of production problems and developing corrective actions.
- Set up and operate machinery to bend metal pipes and tubes according to specifications provided by work orders, drawings, templates, or layouts.
- Change out bend dies, clamps, wipes, dies, mandrel assembly, and pressure dies as required for each job.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve daily production goals.
- Demonstrate understanding of X, Y, and Z axis operations.
- Operate the entire production cell and maintain pace with production lists.
- Read blueprints and fabricate parts according to specifications while adhering to tolerances.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
Contingent upon passing a drug screen, including marijuana testing.
