Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $17.28 to $18 per hour

Medical Specialties:

  • Geriatrics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection, washing, drying, and organization of dishware, pots, trays, and equipment.
  • Transport food and stock dining areas within the health center.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work environment and adhere to infection prevention and food safety protocols.
  • Read and interpret diet cards to serve meals accurately.

Work Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekend availability required

Qualifications:

  • Ability to commute reliably or relocate prior to starting work.
  • Preferred experience in food service (1 year).

Work Location: In-person

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of fingerprinting through DOJ and FBI, along with a general background check.
  • Experience in customer service and dishwashing is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate responsibility and sensitivity towards the needs of frail elderly individuals in a retirement environment.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English is essential.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
