About the location: Our Five-Star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is located in the heart of the American West, offering luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional quality and service to our guests at the front desk.
  2. Ensure accurate billing and provide opportunities for guests to upgrade their bookings.
  3. Perform administrative duties to set up the next shift.
  4. Maintain the tidiness of Resort common spaces.

Required Qualifications:
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lb.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluent in English; second language encouraged.
