Key Responsibilities- Provide quality process and/or customer satisfaction and loyalty support.
- Understand and adhere to Client's Standard Operating Procedures in processes throughout the production floor.
- Collaborate with all levels within the company, reporting directly to the Quality Supervisor.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must submit to a background investigation including prior employment and education.
- Must submit to a drug screen.
- Knowledge in a Print and Mail production environment.
- Experience in Print Operations Quality Compliance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
- Understand production Standard Operating Procedures.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
- Above average math skills.
