Job Summary

Conduent Commercial Solutions, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our processes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality process and/or customer satisfaction and loyalty support.
  • Understand and adhere to Client's Standard Operating Procedures in processes throughout the production floor.
  • Collaborate with all levels within the company, reporting directly to the Quality Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Must submit to a background investigation including prior employment and education.
  • Must submit to a drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in a Print and Mail production environment.
  • Experience in Print Operations Quality Compliance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
  • Understand production Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
  • Above average math skills.
