We are seeking a highly skilled Echocardiographer to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiograms, working closely with our medical staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Transthoracic echocardiograms to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Assist with Transesophageal Echocardiograms and exercise stress echocardiograms under the direction of a trained echocardiographer
- Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in cardiac ultrasound
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- New Graduate or 1-3 years of experience as a cardiac sonographer
- Completion of a 2-year Allied Health degree and successful completion of a 12-month CAAHEP-approved School of Ultrasound Technology
- ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac ultrasound, RDCS, or RCS
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent
