This role involves delivering cutting-edge, value-based healthcare services focusing on aiding patients within the SNF setting. As a Physiatrist with Puzzle Healthcare, you will be pivotal in assisting patients to regain functionality, manage discomfort, and boost their overall well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical background checks, physical examinations, and diagnostic procedures.
• Craft bespoke treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and histories.
• Prescribe relevant interventions and therapeutic measures, spanning medications to physical therapies.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to synchronize patient care and guarantee superior results.
• Continuously monitor patient progression and refine therapeutic strategies when necessary.
• Educate patients on chronic pain management, physical constraints, and rehabilitation methods.

• Acquired Medical Degree (MD or DO) from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
• Active state medical license in good standing.
• Solid background as a physiatrist, preferably within SNF or hospital environments.
• Robust diagnostic prowess with the capability to craft impactful treatment strategies.
• Superior interpersonal aptitude with a knack for forging bonds with patients, families, and diverse medical teams.
