The Manager of Structural Engineering Operations is responsible for overseeing the design and execution of modular TIAC, CHP, Mission Critical, and District Cooling Plants.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure adherence to structural regulations and standards.
2. Conduct thorough analyses and support pricing initiatives.
3. Collaborate with designers to produce fabrication drawings.
4. Prepare comprehensive plans and specifications.
5. Perform site and shop inspections to ensure quality.
6. Provide technical assistance during production and project proposals.
This role requires independent engineering capabilities, leadership in managing the design team, and ensuring compliance with seismic and wind load criteria.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration.
- Extensive experience in the design of industrial plants.
The position primarily involves office-based work with occasional travel to fabrication sites. Strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
