Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our dynamic team at Conroe Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments, providing personalized diet education to patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop effective nutrition care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and develop personalized diet plans for patients
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective nutrition care plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to ensure evidence-based practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications:
