We are seeking experienced Substance Abuse/Drug and Alcohol Treatment Professionals to serve as Addiction Recovery Specialists in a full-time position at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana.

Job Requirements

As an Addiction Recovery Specialist, you will provide supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility, through outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling. Key qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a human services field
  • Certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADAC II+, LAC, LAC-A, LSW) or higher
  • Active CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use certification
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
