Job Opportunity: Blood Bank Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Blood Bank Technologist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in a permanent, full-time capacity. This role offers a competitive salary, full benefits, and potential for relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform specialized procedures in the laboratory discipline, working independently and with precision.
  • Train and educate laboratory personnel and others, contributing to our continuing education program.
  • Verify and check documentation of less experienced lab personnel, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Act as lead in the absence of supervisor/manager, preparing schedules and drafting procedures.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned, applying expertise and skills.

Requirements:

  • Hold ASCP certification or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate's Degree in Science.
  • Experience is highly preferred, with a strong background in laboratory science.
