The Clinical Liaison is a key member of our team at North Shore Manor, responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and public relations strategies to promote our skilled nursing and assisted living services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical centers to identify referral opportunities and promote our services.
- Conduct pre-admission assessments and provide clinical information to support referrals.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including social media, advertising, and public relations efforts.
- Provide ongoing assessment of our facility environment to ensure it meets the needs of our residents and promotes a positive image of our community.
- Assist in the development of internal customer service programs, training, and tracking satisfaction data.
- Participate in facility marketing team meetings to ensure facilities receive guidance and support in identifying and implementing strategic marketing plan objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years in marketing/public relations in a healthcare setting (may be recognized in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree); clinical background- LPN, RN, MSW and/or PT (preferred)
- As a minimum, an LPN or RN Colorado license (must be in good standing)
The Clinical Liaison will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with residents, personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc. under all conditions and circumstances. The position requires frequent travel, use of computer and cellular telephone, and ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25# to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
Classification:This is a non-exempt position.
