Role Summary:
The Sports Instructor plays a crucial role in enhancing the i9 Sports experience for both players and coaches. This position involves building strong relationships with participants and their families while ensuring that all instructional elements are effectively delivered. The instructor will actively engage in practices and games, providing support and guidance to coaches at all skill levels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and empower volunteer coaches in leading practice sessions focused on skill development and enjoyment.
  • Teach and exemplify core sportsmanship values and principles.
  • Oversee the operation of designated sports activities on game days.
  • Exhibit a consistently positive demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Experience and knowledge in sport-specific coaching.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to manage situations to ensure player safety.
  • Positive attitude with a talent for building professional relationships.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
