We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at McLean Hospital, a world-renowned psychiatric hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in the evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of physical therapy services for patients with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify specific physical problems and develop treatment plans to address these issues.
- Administer physical therapy treatment to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to maximize their physical functioning.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with departmental standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
- Experience working with patients with mental health conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
