Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to serve as Carpet Cleaning Technicians at Civitas Senior Living. This role involves providing a variety of services including Carpet, Tile, and Grout maintenance, Wood Flooring care, Marble and Stone cleaning, Upholstery services, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement various carpet cleaning techniques such as floor maintenance, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and utilizing specialized cleaning agents.
- Employ commercial-grade floor care products and equipment for effective carpet cleaning.
- Perform routine upkeep on carpeted and other floor surfaces through cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensure the work area remains clean and organized at all times.
- Comply with health and safety regulations diligently.
Qualifications:
- Must pass a thorough background check.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Able to lift 50 pounds or more occasionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Job Types: Full-time.
Minimum of 2 years in Floor care (Mandatory)
Minimum of 2 years in Carpet cleaning (Mandatory)
Work Environment:
On the go (Texas)
