Nurse Practitioner

Winona Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing direct patient care. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing other nursing tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform other nursing tasks as needed
- Monitor vital signs and other patient data
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing continuing education and professional development
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- BLS Certification
- Participation in ongoing continuing education process
- RN License - MN
- Basic Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Patient Information Database (Cerner)
