Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to support the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production). This role will involve overseeing daily store operations, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, processing, and merchandising products.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging store environment.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
