Job Overview:
The Real Estate Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily functions of the assigned residential property.

This role requires a collaborative approach, working effectively within a team and managing subordinate staff, including assistant managers and maintenance personnel.


Compensation:
Starting at $15/hr. up to $25 hourly* plus incentives
Medical Benefits after probationary period, PTO and 401K Benefits after 1 year of employment.

*Compensation considerations include: 2-5+ years of experience with relevant housing programs, property management experience, and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure timely collection of rents and fees.
2. Conduct daily inspections of property aesthetics, including signage and common areas.
3. Manage communication with residents regarding payment plans and assistance options.
4. Optimize revenue through effective management of property performance metrics.
5. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
6. Maintain positive relationships with residents and staff.
7. Conduct tours of available units and assist in the leasing process.
8. Process rental applications, including background checks and income verification.
9. Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant housing laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Work Environment:
This is a full-time role with standard working hours, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Additional Information:
The Real Estate Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as needed. This position may require travel between properties within the same area.
