Machine Learning Engineer

Orby AI is building the next-generation Automation AI platform to automate repetitive processes. Our platform provides a unique "observe, learn, and automate" end-to-end experience powered by an actions-based foundation model. We observe a user's activities, identify repetitive work steps, and generate suggestions that ultimately automate these tasks. Moreover, our platform works behind the scenes to continuously learn from human feedback, becoming smarter with no coding involved.
About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to all aspects of the Machine Learning development process, including model architecture, data curation, training and inference infrastructures, evaluation pipelines, and more. As a key member of our team, you will lead and mentor a team of software engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality products.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI technologies, including model architecture, data curation, and training and inference infrastructures.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality products.
- Collaborate with product engineers to develop and integrate ML models and features.
- Collaborate with research scientists on original research in the space of foundation models.
- Build reliable and secure systems to power our web-based applications.
- Develop prototypes and experiments, while researching and developing novel ideas, new AI tools, and technologies.
- Strong algorithm, data structure, and coding skills.
- Familiarity with the state of the art in AI.
- Experience in end-to-end ML application development, including data engineering, model tuning, and model serving.
- Experience in NLP.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience.
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of approximately $150,000 - $300,000.
