Responsibilities
Frontier Home Health and Hospice is looking for a skilled account executive to take on the role of Area Sales Manager. We provide a dynamic and structured work environment with outstanding benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Representing Frontier in establishing professional relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, public health organizations, and nursing associations, to inform them about our services.
- Implementing initiatives and protocols aimed at enhancing home health care and hospice services.
- Acting as a public awareness advocate for Frontier.
- Educating the public about available home health care and hospice services and the processes for accessing these services.
- Meeting and exceeding referral and admission targets as set by management.
Qualifications
While prior experience in home health or hospice sales is preferred, proven sales performance and talent are equally valued.
- A college degree or at least one year of sales or business experience, or a nursing license is required.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain referral source relationships.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with making cold calls.
- Ability to deliver presentations to healthcare professionals with confidence.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
