We are excited to announce a SIGN ON BONUS of $3,000 for full-time and $1,500 for part-time Teacher positions.
Individuals working a minimum of 20.75 hours per week are eligible for benefits on a prorated basis. In addition to ongoing career development and support, we offer:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with team members to plan and implement engaging program activities, working closely with Family Support Workers, Lead Teachers, Program Aides, and site supervisors to enhance classroom experiences for children and their families.
- Take charge of the classroom in the absence of the Lead Teacher.
- Implement the Planned Language Approach designed to support dual language learners effectively.
- Maintain high-quality documentation of children's school readiness skills and ensure Interrater Reliability through Teaching Strategies Gold.
- Contribute to weekly lesson planning using Creative Curriculum, ensuring individualization for all children, including monitoring accommodations outlined in IEPs and IFSPs.
- Provide active supervision to guarantee the safety of children in the classroom, during transitions, on transportation, and while on the playground, ensuring no child is left alone or unsupervised.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should possess a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in a related field with at least 60 college credit hours, including 15 in Early Childhood Education or Child Development. For Head Start funded programs, a Child Development Associates credential and a Gateways to Opportunity Level 2 ECE credential are required.
We seek individuals who can work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be able to lift children weighing up to 50 lbs.
SALARY:
Compensation is based on years of relevant experience, position requirements, and candidate qualifications, with an average salary of $40,000.
