Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Certification Specialist to join our team at American Air Filter Company, Inc. This role involves working at various client locations across New Jersey and New York, focusing on HEPA filtration certification, maintenance, and service within diverse cleanroom and containment environments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative setting, maintain precise records, and be adaptable to both outdoor and sterile workspaces while adhering to OSHA, FDA, and other regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cleanroom Certification Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Utilizing and being proficient with all certification testing equipment.
  • Conducting airflow assessments and analyzing the resulting data.
  • Traveling to client sites for HEPA filter testing and installations.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in field testing scenarios.
  • Preparing comprehensive and organized reports.
  • Regularly inspecting HEPA-filtered environments.
  • Conducting periodic evaluations and service assessments on field HEPA-filtered systems.
  • Communicating effectively with clients regarding their projects.
  • Providing daily timesheets to the certification coordinator.
  • Maintaining a valid driver's license and being able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A commitment to safety and regulatory compliance is essential.
