Concrete Foreman Job Description

Trillium Staffing is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to oversee construction projects in multifamily, commercial, and hospitality sectors. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring high-quality concrete work.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate crews to job sites and oversee the execution of concrete work
  • Manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Experience with walls, slabs, and toppings, as well as scheduling concrete pours
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of concrete experience in commercial or multifamily construction
  • Previous experience in managing crews and coordinating daily activities
  • 10+ years of concrete experience with walls and footings, including experience with coordinating 2-3 crews per day
