We are seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for creating and managing estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate scopes and budgets
  • Develop quality estimates using Xactimate software
  • Manage work through completion, reviewing progress with clients and management
  • Maintain a construction schedule and work with trades and management to ensure timely completion
  • Demonstrate proficiency with various techniques, including source removal, decontamination, and demolition

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently. If you have a passion for restoring lives and property, we encourage you to apply.
