Wireless Network Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating the usability and performance of 5G wireless networks. With a strong background in electrical engineering and hands-on experience with test equipment, you will analyze complex network issues and ensure seamless connectivity.
Responsibilities:
- Network Testing and Evaluation: Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of 5G wireless networks to identify areas for improvement and optimize network performance.
- Electrical Engineering Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of electrical engineering principles to troubleshoot and debug network issues, ensuring that all systems operate within specified parameters.
- Test Equipment Experience: Leverage your hands-on experience with test equipment to gather data and provide actionable insights to improve network performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to share findings and collaborate on solutions, effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8-10 Years of Experience: You should have at least 8-10 years of experience in wireless testing, with a proven track record of success in evaluating and optimizing network performance.
- Strong Electrical Engineering Background: A solid foundation in electrical engineering principles is essential for this role, including hands-on experience with electrical and evaluation boards.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex network issues and develop creative solutions is critical for this position.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
