**Job Summary**

At ICONMA, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist III to join our team. As a representative of our company, you will have direct contact with patients and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and drawing blood specimens.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Represent the face of our company to patients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience.
• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time, maintaining a safe and professional environment.
• Collect and process blood specimens with confidence, following established practices and procedures.
• Verify patient demographic information and initials, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain required records and documentation, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
